There were eight competitors from the Warrior's Cove attending this submission
grappling tournament. They brought home nine medals (1 Gold, 3 Silver, 5
Bronze).
Once again, the Warrior's Cove supported Team Vaghi. Rodrigo Vaghi's students
scored another six medals (2 Gold, 1 Silver, 3 Bronze) making the total
Warrior's Cove-Team Vaghi medal count = 14 Medals.
Rickson Gracie Jiu Jitsu White Belt - Nate Howe (see picture) - had the most
impressive fight, nearly beating a Purple Belt by shoulder lock! (Many divisions
were combined, so some of our guys had to fight heavier and/or much higher
ranked competitors).
Congratulations to everyone that represented the Warrior's Cove and Team Vaghi
at this event.

You may stop by as many times as you like to watch classes. You may also participate in one free class in each program that we offer. You will find both our instructors and the other members to be friendly, informative, and supportive.
