The Warrior's Cove offers the highest quality instruction for men, women, and children in a variety of self-defense and self-development programs. We maintain a friendly & safe training atmosphere, with clean & modern training facilities, in the Minneapolis & Saint Paul area.

Our programs are designed for everyone!

• A little over half of our new members have no previous martial arts experience. During the training, you will always be paired by our instructors with other members at your level of training.

• Many of our new members have extensive previous training including high ranking martial art instructors & black belts, law enforcement officers, military special forces, and mixed martial art fighters! If you are looking for the highest level of training, you will find it at the Warrior's Cove.

• Everyone starts at a level appropriate for their existing skills, and advances at their own pace. No matter what your skill level or fitness level, our instructors are trained to make your transition into class an enjoyable one.

You will NOT be required to sign a long term contract! Simply give us 30 days notice whenever you want to take a break or stop your training. Our members stay with us because they love the training, NOT because they are locked into a contract!

If you are interested in taking one or more classes at the Warrior's Cove, we suggest you visit during the class you are interested in. We have a seating area for visitors. You may stop by as many times as you like to watch classes. You may also participate in one free class in each program that we offer.  You will find our instructors and members to be friendly, informative, and supportive.
