The Warrior's Cove Yoga class is a Vinyasa
style Hatha Yoga teaching the various postures flowing from one to
another in sequences that build balance, core strength, and flexibility
while at the same time teaching everyone how to relax and breath during
movement. These classes are designed for EVERYBODY (age 12 and above). We
accept new members at any time. No previous yoga training necessary. If you
are out of shape and want to improve your health, or an athlete that wants
to improve your performance (or anyone in
between) you can benefit from this class.
You will find these classes are very
different than the "yoga at the gym" atmosphere. We have small classes
where meeting friends is easy, and small classes allow more personal
instruction from the teachers. In addition, no need to carry yoga mats with
you. We have a completely matted floor. However, if you want to bring your
own yoga mat, you are welcome to do so.

If you are
interested in taking one or more classes at the Warrior's Cove, we
suggest you visit during the class you are interested in. We have a
seating area for visitors. You may stop by as many times as you like to
watch classes. You may also participate in one free class in each
program that we offer. You will find both our instructors and the
other members to be friendly, informative, and supportive.
